I’m Joost!

Illustrator, designer and comic maker.

With a love of doodling from my imagination, I’m well versed in creating worlds, characters and stories from nothing. Using those skills to create worlds and ultimately create works based on them.

Take for example my on going TTRPG project, Blood and Gas. Set in the distant future, in which the world has evolved beyond mankind. Or, Condenser. A sci-fi comic in which fridges are sentient.

With strong skills in digital mediums, I often prefer to take a more traditional approach. Creating my works in pen and ink. Allowing for more organic and improvisational creations.
